TRANSLATION PROCESS

The project manager together with the customer determine the framework conditions for the project: Delivery deadlines, objectives, budget, terminology, quality requirements, etc.

Translation memories and files are analysed. Glossaries, terminology and style guidelines are created.

The project manager sends the project to the translator and coordinates communication between the translator, proofreader, quality assurance and customer.

The document is carefully reviewed and, if necessary, refined.

The project manager gives final approval before delivering to the customer.

The translated document is delivered to the customer. Feedback is exchanged.
